Service Status Email Updates


What is this?

This system is a way for you to subscribe your email address to receive updates when a new Service Status Posting is made. All emails will be sent from, including initial signup emails. You can contact the maintainer of this Mailing List by emailing

How do I subscribe?

That's easy - just fill in your email address in the form below and press the "Subscribe" button. You will then be asked to confirm your subscription, by clicking a link in the email. You do not need to use a PlusNet Email Address if you do not want to. It may be beneficial to use an alternative address so that you continue to receive updates if there are email problems.


I am already subscribed, stop sending me email!

To unsubscribe, you need to simply follow the unsubscribe link in any email you have been sent, or fill in the form below with your email address. Note: If you fill in the form below, you will receive one more email to confirm the unsubscription. After you click the link in the email, you will be asked to press a button to confirm the unsubscription.


I am a bit concerned about giving you my email address.

Once you have subscribed to this service, the only emails you will be sent will be from the automatic script which sends the updates. However, if you are concerned that you may receive Junk Email ("Spam") to the address, then I recommend you create either a new mailbox or an Alias in the "Email Settings" section of the Portal. This means that if the address gets Junk Mail you can divert it to the Black Hole.

Is there an archive of previous emails?

Not as such. There is an archive of the various status postings available at which you can browse, and will show all the issues that will have caused emails to be sent.
