This is an update to this morning's post about data transfer and connectivity problems that some of our customers have been reporting.

We are still receiving scattered reports from customers who are having intermittent problems browsing to certain websites. It would appear that the problem is not specific to the gateway known as pcl-ag03 and could potentially be affecting other gateways as well.

Our network engineers are continuing to investigate and we will provide a further update as soon as we have more information.
