Due to a recently identified data transfer issue across one of our gateways, we need to perform some emergency maintenance.

This may cause customers currently connected to this gateway (PCL-AG03) to be temporarily disconnected from the Internet.

If you are affected by this and have difficulties reconnecting, please try powering down your modem/router for 20 minutes before attempting to reconnect.

Sorry about the inconvenience this may be causing.
