We have become aware of a Data Transfer issue affecting one of our gateways (PCL-AG03). Users connected on this gateway may not be able to view any websites in spite of having an active broadbnad connection.

Our network engineers are currently investigating and we will update this post with more information as soon as it is available. In the mean time if you are affected by this issue we would recommend that you power down your router for 20 minutes before attempting to reconnect.
